1. Keep up to date with developments in H & S legislation

2. Safety meetings to be held quarterly.

3. Continued development of risk assessments and job method statements for all operations.

4. Review existing job method statements and amend as necessary.

Health, Safety and Accident Prevention

1. Review and update health and safety policy document

2. Define individuals responsibilities for implementing policy

3. Issue policy to ALL employees

4. Review health and safety training requirements for all employees

5. Organise suitable training sessions for Managers, Supervisors and Operatives

6. Set targets for improving health and safety and accident prevention with the company and for individuals

7. Monitor progress through regular safety meetings

8. Audit health, safety and accident prevention procedures

9. Review and update procedures following auditing

Training

1. Audit existing job training procedures for all personnel

2. Review and update job training of all personnel following auditing

3. Organise job training sessions

4. Set targets for such training

5. Review training programmes on routine basis.
