Electro Technical Services Ltd provides a capability in design procurement, installation, relocation and maintenance of electrical systems and
plant to a wide and varied range of Customers in the private and public sectors and has established a reputation for reliability and quality work
conforming to current statutory regulations and standards set by the Institute of Electrical Engineers, National Council for Electrical Installation
Contracting, British Standards Institution and customer specifications.
It is the policy therefore of Electro Technical Services Ltd as determined by the Board of Directors to ensure that these standards of reliability and
quality are maintained and wherever possible enhanced by the introduction of accepted best management practice.
Consequently the documented management system described in this manual has been developed and implemented to comply with the requirements
of BS EN ISO 9001 Quality Systems – Design, Development, Production, Installation and Servicing.
The Managing Director is ultimately responsible for the effective operation of the Management System, however that responsibility shall be devolved
day by day to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all Electro Technical Services Ltd electrical activities are conducted to comply with the
requirements of the Management System.
Electro Technical Services Ltd expects all employees to adhere to this policy and look to their commitment and participation in the implementation
and operation of the Management System.
